Event Details

The purpose of the program is to provide the families within the Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia area with a positive family event in celebration of Black History Month. For the past 20 years, our gala has become the most widely attended and the most anticipated event of the year in celebration of African American History. It serves not only the local military families but families of all different cultural backgrounds who are looking for ways to educate their children on the historical contributions of African Americans.
